Day 24 ~ Get Your 50 on!

The title of this post was what the banner read at todays birthday celebration for my cousin Deb and her hubby Don who both turned 50 on the same day this week. We had a great time helping them celebrate.

Day 23 ~ Odometer

Here is a teaser for what should have been my picture from Monday when we purchased a new Dodge Grand Caravan! I'm so excited. I know that it will make our long road trips much more enjoyable but unfortunately it has been foggy, rainy, & just plain nasty weather most days since we've gotten it so soon there will be a picture of my new ride, until then here's the odometer as it read today. (we got it with only 13mi this shows 265)

Day 22 ~ Honor Roll

My son has been learning the hard lesson of how drastically a grade can be effected by just one missing assignment. He pulled it together and made the A/B honor roll this grading period. I hope it continues beyond Elementary School!

Day 21 ~ Fog

Most mornings this month have been foggy but this particular morning I decided to break out my camera and try to capture some shots of it.

I wish I already knew more about my camera to know if this gorgeous sunset could have been captured in even a more spectacular way than simply how it beautiful it was on its own.

Day 18 - Just Dance

My kids enjoyed playing the Wii game Just Dance but my son refuses to let me use my favorite pic from that night that shows the action of his arm as he beat his sister...repeatedly at the dance game. Here is my daughter dancing away. (note the finger pointed out to her side :)
